Ukrainian chef Iurii Kovryzhenko has received an honorary international culinary award and got the title AMBASSADOR OF TASTE FOR THE GLOBAL GASTRONOMY® This official award is said to be a top honor in the world of gastronomy, presented to chefs and other entities.
Iurii has been a long-time promoter of Ukrainian cuisine on the global level within culinary events all over the world, opening Ukrainian restaurants abroad, working with farmers and local producers, and modernizing Ukrainian cuisine. One of his flagship culinary innovations is combining Ukrainian national traditions with molecular gastronomy.
Besides, an image of Iurii’s molecular borscht was included in Michelin Red Guide and magazine CHEF.
