How to apply to Ukraine? The procedure is simple and should not stress you out. Just follow a few easy steps:

• Choose your university and study program here. You can also choose the language of study and degree level, and whether the face-to-face or remote study format works best for you.
• Then you’ll see the link to the online application form. Follow the link and fill your application! Rules, adapted for wartime, provide foreign citizens with an option to make admission fully remotely.
• Decided to enroll in person? Do not forget to apply for your visa (if you need one — check eligibility requirements here)
• After your admission has been approved you’ll get an invitation letter from your university.

Even amidst the full-scale invasion, Ukraine continues to provide high-quality European education for students from all over the world. There’s no doubt that choosing Ukrainian universities has been the right call. Now, don’t miss the timing! 

There are two enrolment opportunities per year (for Junior Bachelor, Bachelor and Masters degrees): the one for fall semester and the one for spring semester. They are determined independently by the universities and published on their websites. Check the deadline and don’t miss your chance to apply to Ukraine!

You can apply directly to a university or apply with the Ukrainian State Center for International Education. This is the official, legal and safe admission support portal where you can find more information on how to get to study Ukraine.

In addition, during the period of martial law in Ukraine, the Ukrainian State Center for International Education has opened a hotline for foreign students at +38 067 402 63 61.
